To help you build awesome Scratch projects, I've created a collection of loops and sound effects you can use in them. I've used music creation apps and hardware synths, and my experience recording an album of electronic music to put this together. I've been creating short tunes for this project for a few years, so it's a great feeling to finally release it into the wild!
There are tunes that are well suited to strategy games and puzzlers, as well as loops that suit arcade games. Some tunes have multiple parts or versions, so you can play a slow version and switch to the fast version when time is running out in the game, or you can use code to sequence different parts of the tune.
I've included code examples for both Scratch and Python, and there's a Scratch project that includes all the loops and a jukebox for playing them.
